My name is Kay Kelly and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I live in Swinton and have lived there with my husband and 3 beautiful daughters for 23 years. We are all DBS checked. I work together with my husband so the children in our care will get lots of care and attention. I live in a comfortable smoke free semi detached house which is safe, nurchuring, fun and stimulating where your child will be treated with respect and valued as an individual.

The playroom is spacious with a variety of activities for your children to explore and learn but most importantly,have fun. We have created a stimulating environment to encourage developement in all seven areas of learning following the EYFS and your child's interests and needs.

Working in partnership with parents is essential to ensure that your child is supported and develope to their full potential.

I encourage outdoor play and in my large garden, our Little Treasures will learn and develope, we have a playhouse, water and sand pit, slide and trampoline as well as bikes scooters and other outdoors toys and activities.I also have a quiet room for story time and sleep time.

I will take the children on outings to the local library, playgroups, soft play areas and parks so that they can develope their social skills, interacting with others.

i prepare healthy home cooked meals and follow a 3 weekly menu. I will cater for your childs individual dietary needs

I celebrate events of all cultures throughout the year demonstrating equality and diversity.

I have public liability insurance with Morton Michelle Insurance Group.

My Qualifications

Ofsted Registered

NVQ level 3 in childcare

Paediactric First Aid Trained

Child Protection

Level 2 in Health and Safety

Level 2 in Food Hygiene

My Experience

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in childcare working as a proffessional for 6 years. I have studied to an NVQ Level 3 in childcare.

I have experience in working with children with special needs.

I have attended courses including ECAT (Every Child's A Talker)
