Our Nursery provides high quality, low cost care for children aged 2 - 5 years in an inclusive and stimulating environment. Honeycroft provides flexible hours to suit your needs. Open from 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday, 49 weeks of the year, Honeycroft provides flexible hours and add-on options to suit parents and carers needs.
The staff team are led by our Early Years Practitioner and operate at a higher than average adult to child ratio (approx. 1 adult to 5.5 children). The nursery benefits from a large open-planned space with a high ceiling that provides lots of natural light. The space is divided into different learning areas to support free play and the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which supports each child’s development and learning.
Our Crèche is available for children from, birth to two years. Many children attending the crèche are staff member's children and children of people attending onsite training. The crèche operates at a ratio of 1 adult to 3 children and offers a range of activities including free play, story time, arts & crafts& singing.
Holiday Club is open to primary school aged children. Each week is themed with a pre-programmed range of activities to keep the children active and promote their creativity. In addition to lots of free play. Each week the children take part in a range of visits such as our popular cinema trip, Hove Library, Hove Museum, local parks and the sea front. We work at a maximum of 1 adult to 8 children.
Our 5 Star vegetarian Coffee shop offers a low cost menu of delicious homemade food and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy it in. All food is prepared on site and includes dish of the day, a range of jacket potatoes, soups, baguette, paninis and homemade cakes. All drinks are fair trade organic or fair trade
